Shelly Stricklin has served since 1996 on her local fair board, the Hardin County Fair. The entire time has been served as Secretary/Treasurer. She has served two terms as West Tennessee Director for the Tennessee Association Of Fairs, first term 2006. – 2008 and second term 2011 – 2013. She served on the Merit Awards Committee for two years. She is married to Steve Stricklin. They have three children – son, Jeremy and his wife Shelly; daughter, Jordan and her husband Robert; and son Joshua. They also have six beautiful grandchildren: Lucas, Noah, Lilly, Sawyer, Malachi and Roz Harper.

Lisa Robinson, has been a Director on the Board of the White County Agricultural Fair since 1999. She has served as superintendent of several events over the past 20 years and currently serves as manager of the Agricultural Complex on the fairgrounds. She and her husband have been involved with the fair long before she was elected to the board. Lisa has attended every TAF state convention since 1999. Sparta TN is where Lisa and husband, Bobby, live and work in their own business they started in 1988. They have one son, Ryan and his wife Krystin. Ryan is currently serving in the Army National Guard.
3rd Vice President
From the Sequatchie County Fair in Dunlap, Tn. Karen has 40 plus years of volunteering with this fair. She has served as the advisory director, Vice President, and presently serving as the President of the Sequatchie Co. Fair Karen served 2 terms on the TFA Board of Directors, and 2 years on the State merit committee. She serves on the Program/Convention committee, the TFA newsletter committee, also is part of the TFA Photographers. Karen is very proud to be Co-Chairman of the Convention Showcase. Retired from UTExtension she is presently employees with the Sequatchie Co. Public Library. For fun Karen is a professional cake designer and decorator. Karen has 3 children, 3 grand children and 3 Foster grandchildren.

Emily Pitcock has been on the TAF Board of Directors since 1992, she was the Tennessee Association of Fairs President in 1997 and Executive Secretary since 1999. Emily has been attending the convention since 1979. Lives in Fayetteville, Tennessee and is married to Stan Pitcock, they have one son and two beautiful grandchildren.
Assistant Executive Secretary
Julie Thompson, Executive Assistant, has been on the Board of the Cumberland County Fair since 1996. She held the position of Secretary for several years, and serves as co-chair of the Adult Exhibit building for her local fair. Julie was selected as Executive Assistant for TAF in 2009. She has served as an Official Visitor and as a member of the Hospitality Committee and Merit Awards Committee. Her primary responsibility is to oversee the Registration Desk at Convention each year. Julie has attended every TAF Convention since being elected to the CCFA board in 1996. Julie is married to Dr. Maben Thompson and lives in Crossville, TN. They have two children, Cameron and Jordan.
